Beach Island Marina

Beach Island Marina (formely Pennington 33 Bridge Marina) is a full service marina located on Norris Lake. The marina offers luxury houseboat rentals, pontoon boat rentals, boat sales, boat slips, vacation home rentals & cabin rentals and campground facilities. A full service store is also available with on-site restaurant.

In addition to providing houseboat and pontoon rentals, Beach Island Marina offers comfortable cabin rentals. Cabins come furnished with satellite TV with VCR/DVD player, gas grill, and hot tub with private decks overlooking Norris Lake.

Great Marina

One of my favorite marinas on Norris Lake! The staff is very friendly. Great place to rent a pontoon boat!
