Our little family visited Norris Lake for the first time 24 years ago with friends who had a houseboat. We instantly fell in love with Lake Norris. The following year we wanted to find a place to rent for ourselves. That is when we discovered Deerfield. We were very wary of renting some one's home, but was pleasantly surprised to find a clean and comfortable home away from home. For the next 13 years we rented and dreamed of having a home of our own in Deerfield. In 1999 our dream became a reality and we built our home. We immediately put it on the rental program and have found our home meticulously clean every time we return. We are excited to share our home on the rental program, knowing it will be well cared for by Georgia, DJ, and their team. Our home has been a place of countless birthdays, anniversaries and family reunions. A great way to connect with family and friends. It is a place of peace and great natural beauty regardless of the season. We boat, we golf, we ski, we eat in our screened in porch or we simply sit on our deck in the breeze and watch the hummingbirds, it is our little paradise. Michele and Pat O'Christie
