Restrictions: Residences are to be a minimum of 1,800 square feet for interior parcels. Homes of varied styles are welcome provided they meet the architectural guidelines and are custom built or log home construction. Trailers, mobile homes and manufactured homes do not fulfill this requirement. Exteriors are to be of natural materials. Vinyl and aluminum siding are not permitted.
Annual Dues: $400 per year prior to home construction and $300 per year after construction.
