Our home, the "Peggy House" was on the rental program owned by Georgia Sergent for approximately 12 years before we decided to quit renting it. We never worried about our house being taken care of properly while on her program. Every time we came to our house, it was perfectly cleaned and maintained. In the winter, the water was always shut off so we didn't have to do it or worry about it. Georgia and her staff checked the house periodically during the "off season" to make sure that it was okay. If there was ever a problem, she notified us immediately. If any repairs were needed, Georgia would always help us find someone that could be trusted, and was reasonable, to make those repairs. If, and when, we do decide to put our house back on a rental program, it will most certainly be with her! here is no one else that I would trust as much as we do her. Mike and Peggy McClusky
