They are only open part of the year and offer limited hours spring and fall They say they cant stay open to sell a stick of gum . Neither can you get gas for your boat and this means you would have to carry it down the hill fun My boat had items stolen from it and was covered with bird droppings. On many occasions we had to walk on a small board or in the water to get on the dock.. This is a part time dock and they don't tell you this when you sign the contract. If you are retired or have time off during the week you will not be able to get what you need to operate your boat
